Pregnancy massage is specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs. It can reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. We provide specially designed pillows (in Corvallis only) to allow the expectant mother the rare luxury of comfortably laying on her stomach if she wishes. Or side-laying is an option. We do not massage her abdomen.
Sports massage focuses on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive movements. Sports massage can reduce the chance of injury, improve range of motion and muscle flexibility; resulting in improved power and performance and shortened recovery time for any athlete. *Stretching is involved so please wear athletic shorts and a t-shirt.

Couples Massage is where two people receive massage at the same time and in the same room from two different therapists. You both will receive unique treatments that address your individual specific needs. You may use the session to chat or simply enjoy your shared experience in comfortable silence.

Cupping Therapy is in which heated glass cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy. It can help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and act as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Oncology Massage is an approach to massage therapy based in both compassion and specialized massage treatments to help people manage their experience with cancer. All people with cancer or recovering from its treatment can receive touch therapies. Review of the scientific literature indicates oncology massage helps improve quality of life. Benefits include improved relaxation, sleep, body image, and immune function as well as relieving anxiety, pain, fatigue and nausea. Oncology massage therapists are trained to meet people where they are in their experience with cancer and apply a highly individualized massage treatment to comfort, nurture and support them in their process. *A note from you doctor releasing you for massage will be required.
Infant Massage helps parents bond with their babies, improves health, sleep patterns, and reduces colic. The owner, Kate Larson, offers a 30 minute follow-along session where she gives step by step instruction on a doll while you massage your baby. The purpose of this lesson is to give you the basic skills, a routine and the confidence to preform massage on your infant.

AMP Up can shorten recovery time between workouts or injuries and maximize the supply of nutrients and oxygen through increased blood flow. This is a fantastic option for an athlete in training.

Our Physical Therapist does an effective evaluation and treatment system for joints, soft tissues, visceral and neurovascular structures that promotes optimum human performance by enhancing total body mobility and postural and movement strategies. This unique and immediately effective intervention combines active movements and resisted contractions with a specific directional pressure to produce efficient mobility. This innovative approach to patient care and wellness seamlessly incorporates mobilization, neuromuscular facilitation, and motor control training.
